Circle of Life is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our CLOQUET team in Minnesota. You will visit clients in their homes, support independence, and help with daily living activities.

This part-time role starts with flexible hours and can grow to more shifts as community needs rise. You will partner with families and our Coordinating Team to ensure compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Comfortable visiting clients in their homes.
• Part-time to start with potential to grow hours as community needs increase.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to support independence and daily living activities.
• Provide Direct Support to clients including personal care tasks as needed.
• Build relationships with clients and report concerns to the designated coordinator.
• Support community engagement by attending events and activities.
