Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- One year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker/Companion Care Provider preferred.
- Must demonstrate compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
- English language proficiency and basic computer skills required.
Responsibilities
- Provide socialization and light exercise encouragement.
- Promote medication reminders to support adherence.
- Supervise safety during bathing, toileting, and dressing.
- Assist with grocery shopping and light housekeeping.
- Arrive on time and complete shift duties accurately.
- Follow infection control procedures and universal precautions.
