Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with illnesses in their homes.
• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing and dressing.
• Helping with mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
• Monitoring vitals and documenting any changes in patient condition.
• Collaborating with Care Coordinators on patient care plans.
