Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring CNAs in the United States to support seniors and people with disabilities living independently. This entry-level role offers flexible hours and a path to learn the fundamentals of quality home care while joining a growing, values-driven organization.

Earn up to $15.68 per hour with Daily & Weekly Pay, travel reimbursement, and direct deposit options. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a background check is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills and reliable, energetic, well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
• Support with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with routine house cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments, daily errands and other locations as necessary.
• Assist member with self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Observe and report changes in member's condition.
