Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring PRN caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCPs to cover open shifts and one-time needs in the Austin area. We contact you by call or text when a shift opens, and you can confirm availability.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour on every shift, with a flexible schedule and a strong emphasis on training through Caregiver University. The role offers free training, in-person support from a care coordinator, and various recognition programs including monthly and birthday

Qualifications

• Three or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility.
• CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and keep clients safe at home.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities, following the care plan.
• Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Report changes in a client's condition to the care team.
• Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University.

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring PRN Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Providers at $20.00 per hour to cover open shifts and one-time needs. We call or text you when a shift opens, and you let us know if you're available.

20.00 per hour on every shift

• Shift offers across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Free training through our Caregiver University, including specialized training
• In-person support and check-ins from your care coordinator
• Referral bonuses, monthly recognition, and birthday recognition

• Provide companionship and keep clients safe at home
