Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking Attendant of Choice AOC to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship to improve quality of life and dignity for clients.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly hours based on availability, paid training, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401K match. Daily pay options are available to help you manage finances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming and hygiene.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when applicable.
