Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking caregivers for Full or Part-Time positions in Holliston, MA. No experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success. Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $21, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Caregivers will help seniors maintain well-being and dignity, handle light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. Training is available for ADLs as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or certification is needed; paid training provided.
• HHA certification or CNA experience can enhance qualifications.
• Flexible scheduling and local clients are offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks to keep a clean, safe living environment (laundry, linens, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, kitchen cleaning).
• Assist with basic meal preparation and provide medication reminders to ensure proper intake.
• Support ADLs such as bathing, grooming and dressing for trained/certified staff.

What would you do

You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors through attentive and compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe living environment by performing essential tasks such as laundry, changing linens, emptying trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning the kitchen to uphold hygiene standards. Additionally, you will assist with basic meal preparation and provide medication reminders, ensuring clients take their pre-dosed medications on time. For those trained or certified, you may also help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Your efforts will not only support their daily routines but also create a nurturing atmosphere where they can thrive.

What we're looking

While HHA certification or CNA experience can enhance your qualifications, we welcome non-certified candidates to start with Homemaking tasks and provide free training.For non-certified they will be starting with Homemaking & will be provided free trainings & certifications to help the clients with ADLs
