Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring caregivers in Framingham, MA for full- or part-time roles with paid training and competitive hourly pay between $19 and $21. No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

You will support seniors with daily living tasks, meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping in local client homes. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive paid training provided.
• HHA certification or CNA experience can enhance qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment: laundry, changing linens, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, kitchen cleaning.
• Assist with basic meal preparation and provide medication reminders.
• For trained/certified staff, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

What Would You Do

You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors through attentive and compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe living environment by performing essential tasks such as laundry, changing linens, emptying trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning the kitchen to uphold hygiene standards. Additionally, you will assist with basic meal preparation and provide medication reminders, ensuring clients take their pre-dosed medications on time. For those trained or certified, you may also help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Your efforts will not only support their daily routines but also create a nurturing atmosphere where they can thrive.
