Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

• Meal planning and preparation, respecting dietary requirements.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Monitor health and report changes to the care team.
