Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in his home in California. This long-term, part-time role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to follow a care plan. Training is provided, no prior experience is necessary.

Compensation is $27 per hour for 13 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that must be kept once agreed. The position is a W-2 employee with background checks and TB testing as part of the onboarding process.

Job description

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male Veteran and needs help with showering, dressing, and walking.

This is a long term position. 13 hours per week. Paid at $27/hour. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. The position will be hired as a W-2 employee. The job starts soon. No experience is required. We can train. Must pass a background check.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. It cost $25. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked.
