Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is hiring a Personal Care Aide in Gladstone, MI to assist an elderly male Veteran with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help him remain independent at home. This is a long-term, part-time role.

The schedule is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, totaling 12 hours weekly, paid at $22/hour (base $18 + $4 bonus for completing all shifts). Training is provided and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required if not recently performed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Support daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety during care.
• Follow care plan and communicate any concerns to supervisor.

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 15 states. We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male Veteran and needs some help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking - to stay independent at home. The job is located in the town of Gladstone, MI.

This is a long term position. 12 hours per week. The schedule is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM.Paid at $22/hour. Pay is $18/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $22/hour.You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period.

The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver is required. We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis)skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked.
