Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking Personal Care Aides to assist an elderly male client in Park Rapids, MN. The role involves bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to help him stay independent at home.

This is a long-term, full-time W-2 position with flexible scheduling and a scheduled total of 101 hours per week; pay is $30 per hour (base $26 plus $4 bonus when shifts are kept) and a background check will be performed.

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 19 states. We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of several Personal Care Aides to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male, spinal cord injury and needs some help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - to stay independent at home. The job is located in the city of Park Rapids, MN.

This is a long term position. He is authorized for 101 hours per week. So we are hiring multiple caregivers and full time hours will be an option. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. Paid at $30/hour. Pay is $26/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $30/hour. You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period. The position is hired as a W-2 employee.

The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver is required. We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. It costs $25. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked.
