Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in Clinton, IA, to help with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking so he can stay independent at home.

This is a long‑term, part‑time position at 13 hours per week with shifts from 6am to 8am, five days per week, and 6am to 7:30am two days per week; pay is $30/hour total ($26/hour base plus a $4/hour bonus) contingent on completing agreed shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Support daily living activities during 13 hours per week.

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 19 states. We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male Veteran and needs some help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking - to stay independent at home. The job is located in the town of Clinton, IA.

This is a long term position. 13 hours per week. The schedule is 6am to 8am 5 days per week and 6am to 7:30am 2 days a week. Total 13 hours per week. Paid at $30/hour. Pay is $26/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $30/hour. You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period.

The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver is required. We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. It cost $25. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked.
