Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly client in Ramsey, MN. This 16-hour-per-week role pays $35/hour total ($31/hour base + $4/hour bonus) with a bonus for full attendance during the pay period.

Workdays are Monday to Friday 9:00AM-11:00AM and Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-12:00PM; you may take all or part of these shifts. This is a W-2 position with no prior experience required and training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Must pass a background check.
• TB skin test required; reimbursement policy described.

Job description

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly female and needs help with showering, dressing, medication reminders and walking in the city of Ramsey, MN.

This is a long term position. 16 hours per week. Paid at $35/hour. Pay is $31/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $35/hour. You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period. Schedule of Monday-Friday 9:00AM-11:00AM, Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-12:00PM. You can work all or part of these shifts. Same day pay option - at no cost.

The position will be hired as an W-2 employee. The job starts soon. No experience is required. We can train. Must pass a background check.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. It costs $25. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked.
