Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide in Crescent City, CA, to assist an elderly male Veteran with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to help him stay independent at home. This is a long-term, part-time role with 8 hours weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays 10a–2p). The position is paid at $27/hour total (base $23 + $4 bonus).

Training is provided, and a background check will be conducted. TB skin test is required if not recently completed. Employment is W-2.

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 15 states. We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male Veteran and needs some help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking - to stay independent at home. The job is located in Crescent City, CA.

This is a long-term position. 8 hours per week. The client needs every Tuesday and Thursday from 10a-2p. Paid at $27/hour. Pay is $23/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $27/hour. You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period. The position is hired as a W-2 employee.

The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver is required. We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked. Please retain documentation and receipt to evidence the test was completed - for employment verification.
