Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male client in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence at home.

This long-term, part-time position requires reliability and adherence to a fixed Mon & Fri 8am–12pm schedule. Paid at 22 USD/hour base with a 4 USD/hour bonus, totaling 26 USD/hour when all shifts are completed per pay period. Training is provided, and a background check is performed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• Willingness to undergo TB test and background check.
• Ability to follow a set Monday/Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Support daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Adhere to the agreed schedule and participate in the onboarding TB test process.

Job description

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 15 states.

• We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male and needs some help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking - to stay independent at home. The job is located in the city of Los Angeles, CA.

This is a long-term position. 8 hours per week. The client need every Monday and Friday from 8a-12p. Must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. Paid at $26/hour. Pay is $22/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $26/hour. You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period. The position is hired as a W-2 employee.

The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver are required. We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. It costs $25. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked.
