Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate Caregivers and Home Care Aides to support seniors in their homes across Massachusetts, including Milford.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and following care plans. Experience welcomed; HHA/CNA preferred but not required; training provided; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification is preferred, but not required.
• Training is available for newcomers to caregiving.
• Strong communication and caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide medication reminders and help with pre-dosed meds.
• Prepare meals per client needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols.

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Home Care Aides to support seniors in their homes throughout Millville, Blackstone, Bellingham, Franklin, Mendon, Hopedale, Milford, and Medway, Massachusetts. Join a team that helps older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home while building meaningful one-on-one client relationships.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help with grocery shopping, errands, and other daily tasks
