Job summary

Right at Home Coastal Orange County is seeking compassionate caregivers for morning shifts to support clients with daily living activities and companionship. You’ll assist with personal care, meal prep, and mobility, while keeping clients safe and comfortable.

We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, paid travel time between visits, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and patient caregiver with strong communication.
• Ability to follow care plans and respect client preferences.
• Punctual, dependable and able to work morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Provide medication reminders or assistance
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Support mobility, walking and transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes and tidying up
• Observe and report any changes in client condition
