Care Planning Institute, Inc. seeks a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran at his home in Chino, CA. This long‑term, part-time role offers 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule that must be kept once agreed.

Compensation is $25/hour total ($21 base + $4 bonus) when all assigned shifts are completed. Experience as a caregiver is required, and training on job specifics is provided. A background check is performed.
