Job summary

Silver Angels of Tennessee – Montgomery, LLC is seeking Home Care Aides to service Robertson, Montgomery, Stewart, Houston, Dickson, Cheatham and nearby counties. You’ll provide compassionate care in clients’ homes, helping with daily activities and personal care while maintaining dignity and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time or PRN), competitive wages, and Payactiv earned wage access for urgent payroll needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• A background check and reliable transportation are required of all staff along with a driver’s license and auto insurance to transport clients (TN Only).
• TB test and drug screen required (KY Only).
• No certification is needed; we will give you the training you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one client care in home settings.
• Assist with light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client well-being.
• Build trusting relationships and ensure safe, high-quality care in the client’s home.
