Haven Home Care in Missouri is hiring for Senior Care roles in Polk & Dallas County with flexible scheduling, full-time positions, and immediate start. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour.

As a Home Care Aide you’ll provide companionship, independence and dignity to seniors, with weekly pay, PTO and comprehensive benefits including health, vision and dental, mental health initiatives, pet insurance, drive time pay, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience in caregiving
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and cleaning up afterward
• Bathing and personal care
• Laundry and light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Running errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support
