Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• A background check and reliable transportation are required for all staff, along with a driver’s license and auto insurance to transport clients (TN Only).
• TB test and drug screen required (KY Only).
• No certification is needed; we will provide the training you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Offer compassionate home care to clients, including light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medications reminders; ensure safety and comfort in the home.
• Maintain excellent client care standards and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
