Job summary

Silver Angels of Tennessee - Bradley, TN office is hiring Home Care Aides to service multiple counties in the region. You will provide compassionate in-home care, including light housekeeping, personal care, and companionship, helping clients age with dignity in their own homes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), competitive wages, a benefits & Employee discount program, and on-demand pay via Payactiv to access earned wages between paychecks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• A background check and reliable transportation are required of all staff along with a driver’s license and auto insurance to transport clients (TN Only).
• TB test and drug screen required (KY Only).
• No certification is needed; we will give you the training you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, companion care, medication reminders and more to help clients age in place with dignity and comfort.
• Ensure clients feel safe, happy, content, and well-cared-for.
• Build meaningful, one-on-one relationships and deliver top-quality, compassionate care.
