Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Transport to appointments and run daily errands.
• Observe changes in member health and report them.
