Job summary

Alana Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Home Care Aides to provide high-quality, personalized care for clients in the comfort of their homes in Columbia, TN and surrounding areas. Roles available include Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flexible Scheduling.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and reporting changes to a supervisor. CNA certification is a plus but not required; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience in caregiving preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar).

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
