Cheer Home Care is hiring an In Home Care Aide in San Diego North County. You will provide compassionate non-medical home care, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients live safely at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility support, and light housekeeping. The role offers hourly pay, flexible shifts, and 24/7 office support to ensure caregivers are never alone.

Qualifications

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications
• Ability to drive client in their own vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

Responsibilities

Shifts Available: 4 Hour Shifts, Monday-Sunday (7am-11am, 9am-1pm 11am-3pm, 12pm-4pm)

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more!
• Hourly care
• Light housekeeping and organization

Requirements

• Helping with activities of daily living
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
