Job summary

Addus Family company is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients in their homes. You will assist with personal care, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship, helping clients remain safe and independent at home.

You’ll follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in condition, and uphold strict safety, infection-control, and compliance standards.

• Report changes to supervising staff and participate in safety training.
