Job summary

Charlies Angels Healthcare LLC is seeking a Home Care Aide to work with patients in their homes, following a one-on-one care plan with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach. Strong communication is required; prior home health or hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, supporting personal care, keeping care records, and engaging patients to promote well-being. A valid driver’s license is required to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• One year of prior professional experience.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as transfers in and out of beds and chairs.
• Care for patients by helping with personal care and household tasks.
• Maintain records of patient care, progress, or problems to report to supervisor.
• Engage patients to support mental alertness through conversation or reading aloud.
• Remind patients to take medications as prescribed.
• Support patients with simple exercises or activities and meal preparation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Remind to take medications
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
• Meal Preparation

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred not required
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year prior professional experience
