Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Strafford, MO is hiring a part-time caregiver to support our geriatric clients in their homes. You will work one-on-one with clients, building meaningful relationships and delivering compassionate care.

We offer a starting wage of $16 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for training. You will travel between client homes and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered team dedicated to quality home care.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/clean up after meals.
• Assist with bathing and personal care.
• Perform basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Handle laundry and household tasks as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage clients.
• Run errands as required.
