Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is seeking caring caregivers to help clients live safely and independently in their own homes.

You will provide personal care, meal prep, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping, with support from a mentor-based onboarding and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid auto insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Complete a background check through IDPH.
• Experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support with medications reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping and other tasks as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by assisting with:

• Specialized care based on client needs (training provided!)

Benefits

• Hourly rate: $15.00- $40.00 an hour (dependent on the level of care the client requires)
