Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to assist seniors in their homes. You will perform daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence for clients across Springfield and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience in caregiving.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Bathing and personal care assistance.
• Laundry and light housekeeping.
• Running errands as needed.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
