Job summary

Silver Angels of Tennessee is seeking Home Care Aides to support clients in their own homes across Putnam and surrounding counties. You will assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help clients age with dignity in familiar surroundings.

No certification is required; we will provide the training you need. Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time or PRN) with on-demand pay through Payactiv and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• A background check and reliable transportation are required of all staff along with a driver’s license and auto insurance to transport clients (TN Only).
• TB test and drug screen required (KY Only).
• No certification is needed; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation and companionship.
• Administer medications reminders and supervise client safety during daily activities.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to help clients age with dignity at home.
