As a Home Care Aide, You’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, supporting them with activities such as:

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities like dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments

Eligibility Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
• Dedication to professional development, including training

The $1,000 sign-on bonus is valid for applicants effective 1/1/2025, paid in two increments: $500 after 500 hours worked, and $500 after 1,000 hours worked. Bonuses paid within 30 days of eligibility. Bonus eligibility varies by employment status and location.
