Job summary

Haven Home Care is hiring Home Care Aide in Polk & Dallas County, including Tunas, Flemington, Preston and surrounding communities. They offer flexible scheduling, full-time day shifts, and an immediate start with pay starting at $16.00 per hour.

You’ll provide in-home care that promotes independence, dignity, and companionship, improving seniors’ quality of life. Typical day includes meal prep, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and meaningful companionship.

Qualifications

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience in caregiving.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and cleaning up afterward.
• Bathing and personal care.
• Laundry and light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Running errands.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
