Help at Home, LLC is hiring Home Care Aides to support seniors in their own homes. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and no prior experience is required, with training provided. You’ll help with daily living activities and provide compassionate, in-home care to clients in your community.

Caregivers receive competitive wages and benefits; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to travel to clients’ homes. Training is state-mpecific and ongoing as needed.

As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments

Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No experience is required, but candidates with a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview.

*New Hire Milestone Bonus: The $1,000 new hire milestone bonus is valid for caregivers that start on 6/22/2026 or later. This new hire bonus is paid in 8 increments, with the total accumulated $1,000 paid out after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date. Caregivers must be active and must use electronic visit verification for hours to accumulate toward payout milestones. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. Former employees must be returning after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible. The milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date.
