Job summary

Silver Angels in Tennessee is seeking a Home Care Aide to support clients in their own homes with compassion and reliability. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, and help clients maintain independence in familiar surroundings.

The role offers flexible hours (full-time, part-time, or PRN), paid earned wages via Payactiv, and a benefits-friendly team that values family-like support and local community care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check is required.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance to transport clients (TN only).
• No certification is needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and support to clients in their homes.

• Follow care plans and document care provided.

What you Need to make a Difference

Must be at last 18 years old to apply. A background check and reliable transportation are required of all staff along with a driver’s license and auto insurance to transport clients (TN Only). TB test and drug screen required (KY Only).

No certification is needed; we will give you the training you need to be successful.
