Honor is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide compassionate in‑home support to clients in the Healthcare & Medical Services, Personal Care & Service department. You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

You’ll monitor client wellbeing, document care, and communicate changes to supervisors or family members, working in a collaborative, innovation‑driven culture to help clients live safely and comfortably at home.
