Help at Home is looking for a Home Care Aide to provide in-home support for clients in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania. This role offers flexible scheduling with competitive wages starting around $13 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, assisting them with daily activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and errands. No experience is required, but a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Responsibilities

Home Care Aide Responsibilities

• Work 1‑on‑1 with clients inside their homes, supporting them with daily activities
• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments

$1,000 sign‑on bonus is valid for applicants effective 1/1/2025. Sign‑on bonus is paid in two increments: $500 is paid after the caregiver has worked 500 hours, and another $500 is paid after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours. Caregivers must be active at the time of bonus payout and maintain at least an 85% electronic visit verification to receive the bonus. Bonuses are paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility. New caregivers and previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within one year are eligible. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.
