Help at Home is hiring today in your community to provide in-home support to seniors. As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work one-on-one with clients inside their homes, helping with light housekeeping, personal care, meals, and errands.

No experience is required, but CNA certification is encouraged. Requirements include valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to complete state-required training. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires starting on or after 6/22/2026.

As a Home Care Aide, You’ll Work 1-on-1 With Your Clients Inside Their Homes, And Support Them With The Following Types Of Activities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments

Eligibility Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No experience is required, but candidates with a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview.

New Hire Milestone Bonus: The $1,000 new hire milestone bonus is valid for caregivers that start on 6/22/2026 or later. This new hire bonus is paid in 8 increments, with the total accumulated $1,000 paid out after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date. Caregivers must be active and must use electronic visit verification for hours to accumulate toward payout milestones. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. Former employees must be returning after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible. The milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date.
