Job summary

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to assist clients in Casco, MI with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, mobility support, and safe transfers in their homes.

You will document care provided, monitor changes, provide companionship, and follow health and safety policies. Prior home care experience is a plus, with flexible schedules and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to perform required duties, including lifting and assisting clients.
• Reliable transportation to Casco, MI area.
• Must pass background checks.
