Addus HomeCare is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to join our team in Illinois. This entry-level role offers consistent, flexible full-time and part-time hours and the opportunity to grow within a leading home health organization.

Starting wage is $18.75 per hour plus travel reimbursement. Benefits include daily pay for select positions, health coverage through a union fund after eligibility, and a retirement plan after 6 months of service, with paid time off and holidays for those working

Competenze

• Pass a criminal background check is required.

• Reliable transportation to job sites is needed.

Home Care Aides starting wage

$18.75/HR plus travel reimbursement.

Caregiver Benefits

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport clients to appointments and daily errands

Caregiver Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D
• Reliable transportation.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund (the \"Fund\") including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
