Responsibilities

• As a Personal Care Attendant, you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes and support them with the following activities:
• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, medication and assisting with meals
• Accompanying your clients to and assisting them with activities outside the home such as grocery shopping or running errands

Qualifications

• Eligibility Requirements: Previous Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience is a plus, but not required
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training

Physical Qualifications

• Ability to move, transport or position up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to move or traverse in client homes, including ascending and descending stairs
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information
