Addus HomeCare is hiring immediately for Home Care Aides. This entry-level role offers flexible full-time and part-time hours to fit your life, with a starting wage of $18.75/hour plus travel reimbursement.

You’ll help with personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation requests for clients in need of home-based care. Benefits include health insurance through SEIU fund, retirement plan eligibility after 6 months, paid time off, and paid holidays for qualifying staff.

Qualifications

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care

Caregiver Qualifications

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund (the "Fund") including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.
