Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Montana is seeking caring PCA/CNA candidates for in-home care assignments. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, transfers, bathing, and light housekeeping, traveling between clients’ homes as needed.

We provide a no-cost 16-hour training, flexible hours, medical benefits, vacation accrual, and opportunities for continuing education. A background check is required, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Welcome to apply if trained as PCA or CNA.
• Entry-level position with no previous healthcare experience required.
• 16-hour training course provided at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (meal prep, mobility, transfers).
• Provide light housekeeping and shopping support as needed.
• Support socialization and companionship during visits.
• Travel from home to home to care for clients in their own homes.
• Ensure safety and report changes to supervisor after visits.

DUTIES

On a routine basis, care attendants travel from home to home to assist clients with various daily living activities such as meal prep, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, socialization, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you are currently a trained PCA or CNA you are welcome to apply and start right away if selected and hired.
