Mayola Home Care Service of North Shore LLC is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide personalized in-home care to patients in Beverly, MA. You will follow a one-on-one care plan, building genuine relationships while delivering attentive support.

Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of professional Home Health Aide experience preferred.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medications and immunizations
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
