STRESS FREE HOME CARE is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide direct, personalized care in patient homes. You'll be involved in patient activities and maintaining a healthy environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, Home Health Aide program completion, and one year of professional experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a detail-oriented and organized approach to care. A driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year prior professional experience required.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.

We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one‑on‑one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but also building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail‑oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
