Ireland Home Based Services (IHBS) seeks Home Based Therapists to deliver family-focused behavioral health services in Southern Indiana. Positions offer a $3,000 new-hire bonus and a base salary range of $47,028–$71,000, plus a company car option for personal use with MVR qualification.

Training, licensure support, and licensure reimbursement are provided. Starting pay varies by education, experience, and licensure.

Formación

• Must hold a current Indiana licensed credential (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) or eligible for temporary permit.
• Master's degree in Human Services with relevant licensure requirements.
• Must meet education requirements (24 post-secondary hours) for eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide home-based therapy to children and families in designated Indiana counties.
• Work evenings and some weekends; travel to 2–3 counties per week.
• Drive company car with option for personal use for qualified employees, and maintain valid MVR.
