Capstone Foster Care is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to manage a caseload of foster families from home. The role includes working with the team to deliver a high-quality, safe service for children and young people in care. Some evening/weekend hours and out-of-hours rota participation are required.

Applicants must have a relevant Social Work qualification and SWE registration; experience in fostering/adoption and Form F assessments is preferred. A driving license is required.

• Manage caseload of foster families within regulatory guidelines.
• Evidence frontline social work experience in child care and Form F assessments.
• Demonstrate analytical and assessment capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with children and their parents.

Mansioni

• Look after a very manageable caseload of foster families across Devon & Cornwall.
• Collaborate with team to provide high-quality, safe service for looked-after children.
• Attend occasional evening and weekend shifts as part of the out-of-hours rota.
