Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Harleyville, SC, and surrounding areas. PRN positions are available to support care in patients’ homes and communities, with interdisciplinary teams building integrated treatment plans addressing functional goals.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCCs, with preference for dual licensure in Georgia and South Carolina

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• State licensure in Speech Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCCe/CCC-SLP certification preferred; dual licensure in GA and SC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy in patients’ homes and communities.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to build integrated treatment plans.
