Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a flexible PRN, W2 role delivering outpatient-level therapy in clients' homes and communities. You will serve as the primary therapist through the full episode of care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, and LCSWs.

Hours are approximately 10–20 per week with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification as required.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience with neurorehabilitation or complex neurological injury preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess progress and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Provide discharge evaluations and recommendations for home/community safety.
• Communicate needs and progress to treatment team, patients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes.
